Sportsman's Dinner Recognition Awards - 2008

Each year the Calgary Booster Club hosts the Sportsmen's Dinner, to honour the Sportsman of the Year and the Honoured Athletic Leaders. These individuals have contributed to athletics in the City of Calgary as athletes, volunteers, coaches, officials and/or administrators. These individuals should be recognized by their peers for their distinguished contributions to sport from grass roots to the International arena. The 55rd annual Sportsmen's Dinner is scheduled for Monday March 31, 2008.

If you are making a nomination for "Sportsman of the Year" or "Honoured Athletic Leader" please provide a typed and complete resume of your nominee's sporting background, in order that we may make a wise choice for this prestigious award.

Attached are nomination forms and guidelines to be considered for: "Sportsman of the Year" and "Honoured Athletic Leaders". We would appreciate receiving the nomination of any individuals you feel would be worthy of consideration. Note: Please provide all supporting information.

You may make as many nominations as you feel are appropriate.
